Kids Classes

Kids Ninja

Unleash your inner ninja! Our Kids Ninja class builds strength, agility, and confidence through fun obstacles inspired by American Ninja Warrior. Kids will conquer Monkey Bars, Rings, Rope Climbs, Warped Walls, balance challenges, and much more while learning Parkour and Rock Climbing fundamentals. Whether beginners or budding ninjas, this class offers a supportive and exciting environment to push their limits!

Age: 7yrs - 12yrs

Kids Parkour

Ready to jump, roll, and vault your way through any adventure? Our Kids Parkour class is all about having fun while mastering the art of movement! Kids learn to move safely and confidently through any environment with skills like vaulting, rolling, balance, safe falling techniques, striding, jumping, and much more! With a focus on creativity and overcoming fears, this class teaches the basics of Parkour in an exciting and supportive atmosphere.

Ages: 7yrs - 12yrs

Kids Rock Climbing

Get ready to climb, explore, and conquer the walls in our Kids Rock Climbing class! Focused on bouldering, this class combines fun and fitness as kids learn to navigate challenging routes, improve their grip strength, and build confidence with every climb. With an emphasis on safety and technique, they’ll master the essentials of climbing while enjoying a supportive and thrilling environment to push their limits and reach new heights!

Ages: 7yrs - 12yrs

Kids Tricking

Want to learn flips?! This is the class for you! Learn basic air awareness, flips, kicks, twists, tumbling and much more!

Age: 6+

Parents & Tots (2-4)

This class will be an interactive experience with your child, helping and playing with them through multiple different activities including some Ninja / Parkour / Rock climbing challenges. This class is designed to help both you and your little one learn to use your body in an athletic and healthy way all while having fun! It’s a great way to bond with your child and meet other adventurous parents.

Mini Movers (5-6)

Movement is FUNdamental to human behaviour. Our Mini Movers program is guided to elevate the kids fundamental movements - climbing, swinging, hanging, balancing, body coordination, and more! In the classes we take through multiple areas in the gym! (Ninja, Parkour, Rock Climbing, Spring Floor).

Home Learners

Our Home Learner program is aimed to keep your child active in a fun and safe environment. They’ll learn the fundamentals of Ninja, Parkour, Rock Climbing & Tricking.

Age 5+

Teen / Adult Classes

Ninja

In this class we will constantly be covering the basics to be friendly to new clients and beginner athletes. That being said, our coaches will always give the best progressions for each athlete!

Ages 13+

Parkour

Whether you’re a beginner or have been doing this for a while, this class is a great way to train and improve your parkour game. These classes are designed to learn the skills needed to overcome fears and maneuver in, around, and through any environment. We’ll cover many of the Parkour basics including strides, precisions, vaulting, rolling, height drops, cat grabs, and more!

Ages 13+

Trick’s & Flips

All level intro acrobatics class - focus on basics including Air awareness, rolling, falling, trifecta of flips! (Front / Side / Back)

Ages 13+

Rock Climbing

Learn to Climb - All climbing levels welcome, our expert coaches are here to help you get more comfortable on and off the wall!

Ages 13+

Strength and Conditioning

All experience levels welcome! Whether you are just starting your fitness journey, looking to increase your general fitness, or trying to obtain a certain goal, our trainers can help you get there! In this circuit style class you can go at your own pace and choose the intensity according to your goals and abilities.
